Directors & Officers Conference
The Conference from the Corporate Governance Series titled: "Third party insurance for members of the Boards and the Boards of Council - D&O" took place on the 9th of April 2008, in the Stock Exchange in Warsaw. This event was addressed to the members of the Boards and the Boards of Council and employees of the board offices and legal service of the capital companies, as well as insurers, broker companies and tax advisors. The main task of this conference is to propagate the knowledge of the D&O insurance nature and elaboration of the position in the matter of tax aspects in insurance area, of which addresser shall be the Ministry of Finance.
